Key Specifications & Features

~ Temperature Range: Typically capable of operating from -40°C up to +232°C (-40°F to 450°F) depending on the exact material composition. Teflon variants can even handle extremes from -100°C to 260°C.

~ Pressure Rating: Industrial varieties usually support a standard working pressure between 10 to 18 bar (approx. 145 to 260 psi), with burst pressure tolerances designed to be significantly higher for safety.

~ Safety Markings: Quality industrial hoses feature pin-pricked (perforated) outer covers to allow trapped gases to escape cleanly, preventing blistering and catastrophic bursts. They also display embossed service and maximum pressure limits on the exterior.

Primary Applications

~ Industrial Plants: Used in manufacturing for steam cleaning, heat distribution, drying, and boiler connection lines.

~ Commercial Laundry: Essential for high-pressure industrial steam irons and garment processing systems.

~ Refineries & Chemicals: Utilised for clearing blockages, flushing out storage tanks, or processing chemicals
